Not every event needs a full band. For cocktail hours, smaller receptions, intimate ceremonies, or venues where a big horn section isn’t the right fit, Atlantic Street Band offers a smaller, more intimate lineup — the same swing and jazz standards, scaled down without losing character.
Lineup Options
Trio: Piano, Trumpet/Vocals & Double Bass A trio with trumpet and vocals taking the melody while piano carries the harmony underneath and double bass provides to bottom end a steady walking bass drive. A strong choice when you want a bit more presence and variety than a duo, without the size of a full band.
Duo: Piano/Vocals & Saxophone A smoother, more lounge-oriented pairing — saxophone brings a different tonal colour than trumpet, suited to cocktail hours and dinner music where you want something a little more laid-back.
Duo: Piano & Double Bass (classic duo) The traditional jazz duo pairing — understated, elegant, and ideal for ceremony music or quiet background moments where you want authentic jazz without vocals or a lead horn drawing focus.
Trio: Trumpet, Electric Guitar, and Double Bass This trio can provide a groovy atmosphere (with or without vocals) so guests can mingle and chat while tuning in or out of listening to the music.
