How can you turn the complication of needing to transport guests from one location to another into a memorable feature of your event? That’s right – a procession from one venue to the next.
Whether you are merely wanting our band to “Pied Piper” the guests in from the foyer to the main room of your event or if you are moving outdoors to a venue a walkable distance away, we have found that a New Orleans “Second Line” style parade from one place to another never fails to get people smiling and chatting along the way.
Adelaide’s weather is normally ideal for this kind of musical procession.
The Tourism Industry Council of South Australia (TiCSA) had us lead delegates from the foyer of the Adelaide Festival Centre around to The Guardsman pub near the Adelaide Railway Station where we continued to entertain guests while they mingled and enjoyed the libations on offer.
📷 Thanks to the talented Joel Roosa Photgraphy for taking and TICSA for sharing the photos.
